Abstract Shapes

Litigation plays an important role in resolving the disputes by holding responsible those who have committed a legal wrong. It requires them to face those whose life and rights they have affected and to redress the wrong done to them. As a process litigation acts as a deterrence with the ultimate goal of making our world safer. If the people lose faith in litigation and its outcome, they may resort to unorganized and unrecognized means for resolving their disputes.
