The Speaker for this session is Dr. Archana Gadkari. She is a learning enthusiast holding three higher education degrees of two distinct fields namely Medical and Law, which are MBBS, MD in Psychiatry and LL.B. Currently she is the HOD of the Psychiatry Department in the Central Hospital of Ulhasnagar. And in-charge of the Covid vaccination centre there.
She will be addressing the participants on the topic of 'Introduction to Forensic Psychiatry'.

Panel Discussion on the Future Prospects of Criminal Justice in India in view of the Proposed Criminal Law Reforms
On 11th of August, 2023, Mr Amit Shah introduced the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita Bill,2023, Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Bill, 2023, and Bhartiya Sakshya Bill, 2023, replacing the Indian Penal Code, 1860, The Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, and The Indian Evidence Act, 1872, respectively with a view to provide speedy justice and create a legal system that keeps contemporary needs and aspirations of the people in mind.
The objective the of panel discussion was to hold a meaningful, interdisciplinary and critical discussion regarding the proposed laws with our distinguished panelists, Shree MA Sayeed, member of the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission; Sr. Adv. Manjula Rao, Bombay High Court; Shree Sanjay Kumar, Former Director General of Police and Adv. Aniket Nikam, Bombay High Court, artistically moderated by Kirthana Shivkumar, Joint Convener, CRCJ.
