The Speaker for this session is Dr. Archana Gadkari. She is a learning enthusiast holding three higher education degrees of two distinct fields namely Medical and Law, which are MBBS, MD in Psychiatry and LL.B. Currently she is the HOD of the Psychiatry Department in the Central Hospital of Ulhasnagar. And in-charge of the Covid vaccination centre there.
She will be addressing the participants on the topic of 'Introduction to Forensic Psychiatry'.

Suggestive Amendments in Criminal Law
It gives us immense pleasure to announce that the Report on "Suggestive Amendments in Criminal Law" (Volume I & II) has been released on 15.08.21 by the Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Dilip Ukey and the Registrar of MNLU Mumbai, Prof. (Dr.) Anil G. Variath.
This report was drafted in furtherance to the letter to MNLU Mumbai from the Hon'ble Union Home Minister Shri. Amitji Shah seeking suggestions regarding the amendments to the Criminal Laws. The Report has been submitted to the Hon'ble Union Home Minister, Government of India, for consideration.
This Report has been put together by the joint efforts of Team CRCJ headed by the Center Coordinator Ms. Gauri Rane. The entire research was conducted virtually amidst all the hurdles that the COVID-19 pandemic posed. Team CRCJ extends its gratitude to the Hon'ble Vice Chancellor and the Registrar of MNLU Mumbai for this magnanimous opportunity and for having faith in the Team.
